The whisky has been blended and bottled in Edinburgh though the Wemyss family trace their toots back six centuries to Wemyss Castle in the Kingdom of Fife. This imposing castle sits atop ancient cliffs and caves know in Gaelic as Wemyss. Today Wemyss Malts are family whisky makers that produce bold, flavoursome and balanced whiskies.
